All welcome

Car Park
You have no doubt noticed that the section of car park adjacent to the hall is in a very bad state with a very large pot hole that has appeared. Repairs have been put in hand so it should be repaired shortly.
We are then getting quotes for completely resurfacing and remarking the main section.

New five-week course
Fremington Church will be hosting a five week course on “Living in Love and Faith” – the Church of England’s nationwide consultation.  Listening and learning together, we reflect on Christian teaching and learning about identity, sexuality, relationships and marriage  and are invited to feedback on our responses, both personal and communal.  Living in Love and Faith sets out to inspire people to think more deeply both about what it means to be human, and to live in love and faith with one another.  It tackles the tough questions and the divisions among Christians about what it means to be holy in a society in which understandings and practices of gender, sexuality and marriage continue to change.

“There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear (1 John, 4:18)

The course will run at Fremington Church on Wednesdays at 2.00pm,     starting on 16th February.  If you would like to book a place, please contact John McKee on 01271 325216 or at mckee441@gmail.com

This looks to be a most interesting course and will inform and help to shape our opinions and response to this very current issue.

For your diary.

The Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM) will be held on Sunday 20th March at 3 p.m. It will be held in the church hall.

This is an important meeting as it is when we elect the Churchwardens, PCC members and Deanery Synod Representatives.

We also receive the presentation of accounts and various reports such as Fabric. There are vacancies on the PCC,  so if you think you might like to serve on the PCC then nomination forms will be available in due course.

REMINDER  Now is the time to apply for inclusion on the Electoral Roll. If you wish to be a PCC member or to vote at the APCM then you must be on the Electoral Roll.  Forms available from either Pat Beadle or John McKee

If you have item that you would like included in the weekly notice sheet then please let John McKee have your offering by the previous Thursday -  email mckee441@gmail.com - or a written note, even a phone call is acceptable. (01271 325216)
