Teaching (e.g Lent courses, on God’s abundance, Alpha, LLF)
Home groups in each congregation (5 pre-covid)
Continuing a Lent course (some ecumenical)
Gentle building by encouragement
Setting up in God’s time

Have created and trained teams, by modelling good practice

Have built a team of 13 LLM/LWLs
